- Name: Chip
- Breed: GSD
- Age: 3 years
This handsome lad is wary of strangers, yet once won over he is an affectionate, playful dog who overbonds very quickly. Chip requires an experienced home as he has a tendency to protect his handler. He is fine with larger dogs when out and about but thinks anything small and furry is lunch! This dog will make a fantastic, loyal companion for somebody with knowledge of large breeds and their traits, who is prepared to manage and overcome his issues sensibly. We would consider homing Chip as a 'yard' dog if the circumstances were suitable.

- Name: Fleet
- Breed: GSD
- Age: 6 years
Hello, I'm Fleet and have had a troubled past. I am wary of meeting new people, and will often show off to keep people at a distance. However my staff here are very understanding, and I have learned to trust them. I adore my staff and walkers, and love it when they play with me and my toys! Don't tell everyone, but as much as I like to think I'm tough I also quite like a cuddle - I think I may be going soft as I aproach middle age! I would love to live someplace quiet. If you are like me and do not like people visiting too often, then I might be the dog for you!!!
Who can I live with?
Dogs: I like some dogs, and would prefer a lady companion.
Cats: Yummy! Best not!
Children: I would prefer a quieter home without children.
- Name: Chipper
- Breed: JRT
- Age: 4 years
This cheeky chap would do best with an experienced owner. Chipper is a great little dog once he gets to know you, but does not wish to be treated as a lap dog.
We have no trouble with him here at Foal, we are simply greeted with a waggy tail each morning. In the home the mischievous fellow may well get his feet under the table so would need his boundries set from day one.
Overall Chipper is a great little dog for the right home.
Who can I live with?
Dogs: Possibly some female dogs
Cats: Under assessment
Children: Teenage upwards
- Name: Pickles
- Breed: Lurcher
- Age: 8 years
Pickles is a handsome brindle and white crossbreed who was abandoned by his original owner. Pickles loves the company of people but would do best in a quiet home where he could bond with just one or two people. He may be able to live with dogs, but like a lot of Lurchers, definitely has to avoid cats and small furry animals! Pickles rarely gets asked about, which is a shame, as once he builds a friendship with you, he is a very sociable and loyal lad!
