Fundraising and Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person with excellent administrative and initiative skills to help develop the fundraising programme at Foal Farm.

You will work closely with our Fundraising Manager to provide support with events and fundraising activities. Other duties will include assisting with website development, advertising and publicity.

Experience of working in a fundraising environment, either in a paid or voluntary capacity, is advantageous. Previous experience of working within the charity sector is also desirable, as is working within the animal welfare sector.

General Cleaner (Non Animal)

General cleaning of:-

Sweeping of paths

Gardeners

Volunteers needed to help with weeding, planting, pruning and general tidying of beds and pots. No heavy work involved. Trowels & forks provided. Please bring your own gloves.

Tea Room Assistant

Volunteers are required to serve in our Tea Room and with food preparation. Mainly serving beverages soup, sandwiches and light snacks. A full job description is availableon request.

Volunteers needed to help with maintenance

Volunteers needed to help with maintenance. General maintenance / DIY experience required. Duties can include anything from clearing drains & gutters to replacing broken windows or from dismantling old sheds to repairing fences.

Tools & equipment will be provided but you will have to have appropriate clothing & footwear.
