Gone but not forgotten
Name: Slush
Owner: Caroline Butler
Tribute: Much missed by Caroline.
Name: Bailey
Owner: Deb & Keith Green.
Tribute: We adopted Bailey from Foal Farm on 3rd November 2001 – not the best weekend to bring a new dog home to London. He was a bit unsure at first, but he settled well and filled our life with his huge personality. When we moved to East Sussex in 2003, he was in his element – fields and grass everywhere. He didn’t get on with other dogs or anything else with fur, but he was perfect in every other way, and so handsome. He was diabetic for two years but he blossomed with the right treatment and care. However, he had a terrible accident at home on 4th November 2009 and died instantly after flying down the stairs and colliding with a door. It was a great shock, and we are still coming to terms with the sudden emptiness. I bought his ashes home today so he is back where he belongs. Run free, Bailey Boy. We miss you so much.
Name: Momo
Owner: Antje Ayala-Torales
Tribute: Sadly, our beloved Foal dog, Momo (Foal name was Parker) was diagnosed with cancer on Monday, which proved to be inoperable. He was put to sleep yesterday. He will be very much missed, not only by us but by everybody in the park. He was a very special dog. We've had a wonderful
6 years with him and although we're still in shock because it happened so suddenly, it was the best for him, as he was unwell only for a very short period of time.
Missing him very much…
Name: Marley
Owner: Tony Sarah & Charlie Ghirardo
Tribute: We adopted Marley in July along with her daughter Moomin and bought them home to to meet Poppy who we homed last year. She was a loving cat and was always washing and playing with Moomin. Her eyes were bright and she would love to walk around the computer when you were typing so you would fuss her instead. Sadley she went for a wander outside on the August bank holiday and was run over and killed. Young Moomin was lost at first but Poppy soon took over the mother role although i am not sure she is impressed at times when being chased by her. We will always remember Marley and having her daughter to care for keeps part of her with us.
Name: Mac
Owner: Lynne Wainwright
Tribute: Mac the Guinea pig sadly missed by Lynne and especially his friend Flack!
